3.  SIGN UP 12 MORE CUSTOMERS AND EARN TWO MORE BONUSES 

4.  POST THE S&S BANNER ON YOUR WEBSITE, FACEBOOK PAGE, ETC

5.  IDENTIFY VOLUNTEERS WE WILL TRAIN TO PROMOTE YOUR MISSION AND OFFER SERVICES

6.  SUCCEED IN GETTING 15 MORE CUSTOMERS / KEEP MOVING FORWARD 

Details: 

1.  ADOPT THE SWITCH&SUPPORT STEWARDSHIP PLAN (Sign the S&S Expectations Agreement; Register as an Associate with Stream for $199)  

“Good stewardship is one of our highest priorities.  That means we are serious about stewardship not only of resources, but of our time as well.  To insure that we work only with organizations that share our serious ethos about stewardship, there is a one-time payment as a show of your commitment.  That payment was recently reduced from $349 to $199. Showing that commitment permits you to use the Stream platform.  We match it with our work to help you qualify for the first $200 in support (funding) within the first week after signing up.  We plan to over deliver on our response to your show of good faith.”   When you are ready to move forward, request a copy of our Expectations Agreement to clarify what we expect of you as a participating nonprofit and what you can expect of Switch&Support.  Here is how organizational signup works: It’s a two-step process.  First, the main contact person for the fundraiser signs up as an individual; second, we put in the request for conversion to the organizational account.  So, no need to gather all your organizational paperwork first, just sign up and get started on your fundraiser right away.  Over the next  30 days or so, we will help you with the conversion.   You will be offered a unique website to use as well as our landing page on our S&S website (or on your website if you prefer) with the correct links to the services that will direct the commissions to you.  You will need your Federal Tax ID # and IRS documents to prove that you are an approved non-profit. We will have a vested interest in making sure you are successful.  Contact us if interested in receiving our Expectations Agreement to get started.

 

2.  PROMOTE YOUR LANDING PAGE TO YOUR SUPPORTERS & ASSIST TO TRIGGER THE FIRST BONUS OF $200

We will add your landing page on this S&S website similar to those you see now under the Nonprofits tab.  The services offered are hyperlinked to your Stream website so that the points can be tracked per your marketing efforts.  Signing  up on the right Stream website permits Stream’s accounting system to track all of the financial rewards for your development work in attracting satisfied customers.  Initially, we will focus on working with your staff and their referrals to get 3 customers points to earn the first bonus of $200.  

3.  SIGN UP 12 MORE CUSTOMERS AND EARN TWO MORE BONUSES

Moving forward, our focus together will be on acquiring more and more referrals from the initial customers to gain 7 more customer points to get up to 10 points to earn a $500 bonus.  Then we contact more referrals to acquire 5 more customer points to reach a total of 15 points which will generate another $500 bonus.  Now with $1200 total support on an initial investment of $199, you will have $1000 of net support.  Not bad for a little effort but these first  bonuses gives hope that the system works.   There are no additional costs until you choose to pay the monthly fee to gain access to the whole back office of your website.  Presently, that cost is $24.95 / month which is not essential until we see a lot of customers and activity for us to track to improve your outcome.  

4.  POST THE S&S BANNER ON YOUR WEBSITE, FACEBOOK PAGE, ETC

You will have a banner with the hyperlink to your landing page.  Look at our Tools tab to see these banners.  It is essential to add your customized banner to your Donate page or Other Ways to Give page, etc. on your website or on your Facebook Page, etc.  It needs to be included in electronic emails, etc.  This gives your loyal constituents your stamp of approval on this Stewardship Plan.  This approval is crucial since your constituents will not typically trust us or anyone outside the organization until they know that we have your approval and involvement.  For the customer, this becomes a Giving Plan.  The banner is similar to the one some will use to promote the Amazon Smile affinity program.  The second benefit of the banner on your web pages is for added convenience for your staff or volunteers when introducing someone to this funding plan after a review of your mission, etc.  It will be easy for them to point to your Ways to Give or  Shop & Support website page that will includes the S&S banner.  Some people may even learn about this funding plan from your website and desire to participate as a customer to support your cause without assistance. 

5.  IDENTIFY VOLUNTEERS WE WILL TRAIN TO PROMOTE YOUR MISSION AND OFFER SERVICES

We will proceed to work with your volunteer(s) to start the training by making 3-way calls to your contacts with a goal of getting more customer points to earn more bonuses and more recurring monthly support.   Ideally we will train one staff person or one volunteer who can then train other volunteers.   One person who becomes a customer may sign up for various services establishing more than one point per person.   Ideally, the initial points will be achieved quickly with your staff or key leaders so that you can be reimbursed immediately.  Each point can generate approximately $13 per month.   The focus is on acquiring more and more referrals who can Switch to Stream’s services (more customer points) to Support your mission or cause.  Working referrals consistently is the key to long term success.

6.  SUCCEED IN GETTING 15 MORE CUSTOMERS / KEEP MOVING FORWARD 

We work closely with your volunteer(s) to invite 15 more customers to adopt this Stewardship Plan to earn your first recurring $200 of support.  Our help is always a phone call away.  So with our coaching and oversight, together we will seek to keep the plan moving forward daily or weekly on the track or goal you have established.  You or your volunteer(s) will assume the responsibility of on-going efforts to acquire additional blocks of 15 customer points which will generate and additional $200 per each group of 15 customers.  (The CustomerPlus Program as outlined in the chart on the Money page).  This Stewardship Plan should be worked perpetually with the help of your staff or volunteers to continue to grow your customer points / income.  Clarification:  you have to complete each block of 15 new customers to earn an extra $200 monthly support.   Set goals regularly to increase your number of customers, i.e., your monthly support. For example, set a goal for 100 points then 200 and then 300, etc.  If you reach 300 points, that generates $3800 of financial support per month.  We know how hard we have to work to gain that much in monthly donations from donors.
